1) Log in to your Blogger account and go to settings:-
2) Under settings go to Search Preferences and you will find Meta Tags just enable and add your desired keywords there:-
3) Save the meta description.
4) Now create a new post and you will find a new tab added on the right side of page as 'Search Description' ( See the screenshot below) :-
5) Here you can add the desired keywords for the every single post you publish on your blog.
6) Click Done and publish the post, that's it..!
