Before You Start:
1. Charge your phone’s battery at least 60%.
2. Enable USB Debugging on your phone by going to Menu > Settings > Manage Applications > Development > Check USB debugging box.
3. Do backup everything important like contacts, logs, messages with Super Backup.
1. Place the both downloaded files to your phone’s SD card.
2. Now power off your device.
3. Boot into recovery by pressing Volume Up Button + Power Button.
4. Do Wipe Data/Factory Data Reset, Wipe Cache, and from advanced options Wipe Dalvic Cache.
5. Go back to menu and select Install Zip From SD Card and find and select Superuser-3.1.3-arm-signed.zip.
6. Now Go back and select reboot.
When device shows up, Micromax Canvas HD A116 will get rooted.
