How To Unroot Samsung Galaxy Y Duos GT-S6102 (Easiest Method)

You are owner of rooted samsung galaxy y duos device which is a best cheapest android phone made by samsung and you want to unroot your device, then you have reached a right place,So without telling you features of your phone which you already know and making my post lengthy I am giving you detailed procedure to unroot your device.

Before You Start:

1. Enable USB Debugging Mode on the device by navigating to Settings >> Developer Options.

2. Make a backup of all your important data before following the guide.(Optional).

3. Ensure the battery of the device is charged more than 80 percent.

4. Make sure your device model is galaxy y duos GT-S6102

Necessary Downloads:

Unroot.zip file : Download Here

Procedure To Unroot Galaxy Y Duos Device:

Step 1 – Download The Unroot.zip and keep it on your sd card,don't put it in any folder.

Step 2 – Now Turn Off your device.

Step 3 – Boot Into recovery Mode by Pressing Home, Volume Up and Power Button together until you see something.

Step 4 – Your device should be in Recovery mode now. From the Menu Go to “Update from SD card” by volume down and up button and select using home button.

Step 5 – Next choose the copied Unroot.zip file from SD card.

Step 6 – Reboot using the reboot option in Recovery options menu.

    4. hello, you can use cwm recovery to flash unroot.zip file for successful unrooting

  2. Change your memory card to do unroot
    though if it does not work try wiping and clearing cache..
